There are several different factors to consider when building - including your choice of builder, floorplan, covenants, ARB, etc. Our land and home consultants are happy to help you navigate the build process. We are able to offer our customers significant ‘value-add’ when building a home in Chapel Ridge.

Constructing your dream home can be a very exciting and rewarding experience. Our main goal is to ensure that you have the best experience possible. To that end, our consultants can provide you with the names of builders experienced in building in Chapel Ridge, floorplan books, contract assistance, information on covenants and design guidelines.

Property owners usually initiate the process by contacting Yvonne Beal to set up a preliminary meeting where we discuss the goals and objectives, budgets, lot location and timeline. You may then take advantage of our Reference Library and peruse floorplan ideas, Builder Profiles, and various reference materials pertaining to custom building. Based on the results of this preliminary meeting, Yvonne will then assist property owners in setting up introductory meetings with builders of their choice.
