Begin by making a list of the minimum requirements for your new home/community along with a "wish list". Minimum requirements are things that a house must have for you to consider it, while a "wish list" covers the things that you'd like to have but aren't essential.
Once you've made your list, contact your agent, Yvonne Beal, to begin the home-buying process. Be assured that your choice to use Yvonne Beal as your Realtor will be a good one. Since the demand for housing is high Yvonne can put you in contact with a Mortgage broker so you can be pre-approved for a mortgage even before starting the house-hunting process. The next step…you've found a home and you're ready to make an offer!
The initial step will be to instruct your agent, Yvonne Beal, to make an offer on your behalf. Typically you will provide your sales associate with the following information for them to relay to the seller's associate via the paperwork required in their marketplace.
You have an Acceptable Offer! Yvonne will then review with you the next steps and the deadlines that must be adhered to at this stage. Timing is critical and Yvonne will make every effort to ensure that you are kept informed and up-to-date. Remember, your sales associate is there to make this transaction go smoothly and with as little stress on you as possible!
Between Contract and Closing
We are able to assist you with the services you need before, during and after your move.Throughout the transaction, you will need to closely monitor the progress of your mortgage and any other contingencies to make certain that all deadlines are met, or extensions are requested as necessary. On the day of closing, you will have a "final walkthrough" with Yvonne to make certain that the house is left in "broom clean" condition and has been thoroughly vacated.

The closing is a formal process where all parties sign all of the necessary paperwork, needed to complete the transactio.n Title to the property is transferred from Seller to you. The Seller receives payment for the home, and you receive the house keys!!! From the amount credited to the Seller, the title representative subtracts the funds to pay off the existing mortgage and other transaction costs. Deeds, loan papers, and other documents are prepared, signed and ultimately filed with local property record office.
